These terms govern your use of the Fidelity Digital website at fidelitydigital.co.uk and the services provided by Fidelity Digital. By using the website or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Fidelity Digital is a software and automation agency based in Leeds, United Kingdom. We build workflow automation, internal tools, reporting systems, and operational software for UK businesses.

You can contact us at nima@fidelitydigital.co.uk.

2. Use of the website

You may view, browse, and use this website for personal and business research relating to our services. You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, or republish content from this site without permission
  • use the site in a way that disrupts or interferes with normal operation

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose

3. Services and engagements

Any work we deliver to a client is governed by a separate written agreement (a statement of work, proposal, or contract) that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. These website terms do not constitute a contract for services.

Information on this website about typical project sizes, timelines, or capabilities is illustrative. Actual scope and cost are agreed in writing on a per-project basis.

4. Intellectual property

The Fidelity Digital name, logo, website design, and content are owned by us. Examples of work shown on this site are either anonymised or used with the permission of the relevant client.

Where we build software for a client, ownership of the deliverables is set out in the relevant project agreement. Our standard position is that the client owns the code, configuration, and content we deliver to them.

5. No warranty for site content

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that everything is current, complete, or free of errors. Information on the site is not a substitute for professional advice on your specific situation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fidelity Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Liability arising from a client engagement is governed by the relevant project agreement.

7. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites or services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page, with the date of the most recent update shown at the top.
