Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 April 2026
This privacy policy explains how Fidelity Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with our website at fidelitydigital.co.uk and our internal tooling.
We are based in Leeds, United Kingdom, and operate under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
Fidelity Digital is a software and automation agency based in Leeds, United Kingdom. We build workflow automation, internal tools, and operational software for UK businesses.
For any privacy-related questions, contact us at nima@fidelitydigital.co.uk.
2. What we collect
We collect a small amount of information, in two ways:
Information you give us
- Name, email, and (optional) company when you submit our contact form
- Anything you choose to include in the message field
- Information shared during a discovery call or written correspondence
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data needed to deliver the website (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
- Aggregate analytics data to understand which pages are useful
We do not use intrusive tracking, behavioural advertising, or third-party retargeting cookies.
3. How we use your information
- Respond to enquiries submitted through the website or by email
- Discuss potential or active projects with prospective and existing clients
- Send replies and follow-ups related to those conversations
- Maintain a basic record of business correspondence
- Improve the website based on aggregate usage
- Comply with legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use your information for advertising.
4. Data from social platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google, X, LinkedIn)
Where we use third-party tools to manage social media or marketing on our own behalf, those tools may receive information from connected platforms (such as TikTok, Meta, Google, X, or LinkedIn).
When this happens:
- Data is used only for the purpose of operating our own social media presence (for example, scheduling posts or reviewing engagement on our own accounts).
- Data is processed locally within the tool we are using and is not shared with any third parties beyond the platform it originated from.
- We do not collect, store, or sell information about individual TikTok users (or users of any other platform) to anyone else.
- Where data is transferred between platforms, it is governed by the platform’s own privacy and data handling rules in addition to this policy.
In short: anything we receive from TikTok or another social platform is used only to run our own marketing accounts. It is not shared with anyone, and it is not used for any purpose other than that.
5. How we store information
Information we collect is stored in standard business systems (email provider, cloud storage, accounting software). These providers operate in line with UK GDPR requirements.
We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and to meet accounting and legal obligations afterwards.
6. Who we share with
We do not sell or share your information with anyone, except in these limited cases:
- Service providers we use to run the business (for example, email and cloud storage), bound by their own data protection obligations
- Where required by law, regulation, or a legitimate legal request
- Where you have given us specific permission to do so (for example, naming you as a client in a case study)
7. Cookies
Our website uses a small number of essential and analytics cookies to keep the site running and understand how it is used. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers for behavioural targeting.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- request a copy of personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct inaccurate information
- ask us to delete information we no longer need
- object to certain types of processing
- withdraw consent where we are relying on it
To exercise any of these rights, email nima@fidelitydigital.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
